How do I order custom team apparel?

Complete and submit our CONTACT US form to get your order started today. A customer service representative will be in contact within 2 business days of your request.

What are my shipping options?

Free ground shipping is available on all team* orders. If you’d would like to expedite your order select UPS Standard Overnight, UPS 2 Day, or Next Day Saver at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.

When Will my order ship?

All orders ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All custom orders will ship within 3-4 weeks after payment has been made. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee and exact date, but our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed within the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it.

Does Pauer Sports offer team discounts?

Yes, all team custom orders are subject to discount. Please contact your customer service rep today at or call us at 937-813-7120.

Do you offer wholesale pricing if I want to resell Pauer apparel?

Our current business model is to maintain our low prices by selling direct to the customer. Wholesale pricing is not available.

I work for a University or school; can I pay with a PO?

Yes! Please contact a store or sales representative for more details and to set up an account.


We’re happy to offer the option to pre-order select new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.

Damaged Items

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to, be sure to include all information regarding the item. We will contact you with next steps.

Final Sale

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.
