Summary:
Pauer is seeking a full-time dedicated Lead Sales Representative with a polished, professional and positive attitude to share Pauer's creative brand.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients in person and through various channels including email and phone
- Fostering an environment that promotes a solid a memorable experience for both new and existing customers
- Manages sales representatives production queue ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth objectives
- Will either work independently or in conjunction with leadership and graphic design to ensure a comprehensive and unified approach to type, color, imagery, design and content
- Assist leadership team with change management and strategic planning initiatives as assigned
Qualifications and Standards:
- Sports enthusiast is preferred
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
- Ability to present multiple product lines and self generate business leads through creative, traditional and social media marketing
- Must be able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment with the proven ability to meet or exceed project deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented, can-do approach
- Sports design/Creative, Promotional and Apparel experience a plus
